1.1 By accessing and using the Platform, creating and maintaining an Account with us, purchasing products on our Platform, and/or entering promotional campaign participation, You expressly agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. 1.2 You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any and all claims, demands, proceedings, losses, expenses, damages and costs, including legal costs, however arising, due to or arising out of your wrongful or negligent use of your account, purchasing products, participating in the raffle, access to the platform, or breach by you of these terms.
1.3 We may alter, suspend or discontinue the platform any part of it at any time and without notice. We will not be liable to you in any way if the platform or any part of it is unavailable at any time and for any period.
2.1 Participation is open to individuals aged 18 and above, except for employees of Lucky Land, their immediate family members, and affiliated companies.
2.2 In order to join the promotional campaign participation you must not be prohibited under the laws of your jurisdiction.
2.3 We reserve the right to refuse open an account if the provided information found as inacurate or false and the respective account will be terminated. If the participant won any prize or paid will be required to return or repay immediately upon our request.
2.4 In the event that you discovered your account credentials used by someone else for unauthorised access, you should report us immediately by contacting Lucky Land’s Customer care service centre or recover and reset your account at the earliest possible. You must keep your password secure and secret at all times and you are solely responsible for any and of activities conducted through the use of your Account.
2.5 We may, at our discretion, impose limits on the number of products which you are trying to buy during a defined time period.
3.1 Lucky Land is selling Arts, Gifts and Hand Crafts products through Online and by its authorized Retailers. In which some of products comes with promotion where you will get free raffle coupons along with your purchases.
3.2 These raffle coupons will qualifiy you to enter into the draws with respect to the value of purchase amount and date of purchase(s).
3.3 This promotions period may change time to time with respect to the local authority instruction and guidances.
3.4 We reserve the right to change prices and to add, alter or remove special offers from time to time and as necessary.
4.1 The ordered products can be delivered with an additional shipping fee and the ordered product can be collected from our warehouse by scheduling a request for collection.
4.2 The prices are shown in our platform UAE Dirhams (AED). If you are an international customer your final payment will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate by the card issuer in order to complete the payment.
5.1 You are allowed to register and operate an single account with us. In the event noticed that there are duplicate account for the same individual then your accounts will be deleted or will be suspended temporally.
5.2 If your account is not active or not logged more than 12 months will be automatically deleted with an official communication.
5.3 If you wish to close and delete your account, You may login any time by accessing your account by clicking “Delete Account” your account will be deleted and resulting in the permanent loss of your profile, tickets and unused wallet balance (if any).
6.1 The Draws are conducted using advanced Virtual RNG (Random Number Generator) powered by AI (Artificial Intelligence). Our RNG is independently certified and rigorously tested by the approved Gaming Laboratories.
6.2 Participants can see the winning results through our social media platforms and our website.
7.1 Winners can withdraw/request the winnings at anytime.
7.2 Winners will be requested to provide a bank account details if they wish to receive winning prize as a cash/bank transfer into winner account.
7.3 If any charges applied by Bank/Exchange house which will borne by the winner.
7.4 Winners are requested withdraw the Cash Prize within 60 days from the date of announcement. If failing to do so, the winning balance will be transferred to the Lucky Land Wallet.
8.1 Winners are required to provide their photos/videos to collect the winning prize including pictures captured while receiving their prizes, interviews or other activities.
8.2 We reserve the right to share these publicities including winner’s legal name, social media name, wherever we chooses to do so (including, for the avoidance of doubt, the Lucky Land website and Lucky Land social media platforms). When you receive your prize it is considered as your legal consent and waivers enabling such publicity, marketing, reproduction, publication, and broadcast by all means and media.
9.1 To refer someone, you must first make at least one successful purchase.
9.2 The referral bonus applies only when your friend makes their first purchase using a full card payment through the referral link.
9.3 Sender: The sender will receive 50% of the purchase amount as free credit in their wallet once your friend successfully completes their first full card payment purchase.
9.4 Receiver (Your Friend): Your friend will receive 100% cashback, credited to their wallet, giving them a full cashback on their first purchase.
